Caribbean & Hawaiian Coffees
Coffees from the island nations of Jamaica and Purto Rico the rich, volcanic soil from the islands' many volcanoes create conditions which are ideal for the production of top-quality coffee. The temperate climate, with sunny days and cool nights, allows the coffee to mature slowly, which seems to concentrate the flavors. These coffees are noted for their Caribbean taste; soft yet powerful, with a fragrant, fruity sweetness.
Hawaii's Kona is famed for large flat beans which have a medium-bodied, buttery flavor with spicy characteristics.
